Targets: Mid/Upper cervical extensor muscle – The muscles supporting the neck that control head elevation, attaching at the lower jaw and mandible joint.

Treats: Tension headaches, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, clicking, locking, teeth grinding (bruxism), and general jaw pain or tightness.

Set up: Place the cone triggers on the mounting points at the top of the frame


  • With the logo and frame face down, place the cone triggers over the neck muscles just below the bottom of the skull
  • Grab the handles and push forward away from the body
  • Pulse your hands together to add lateral massage
  • For less intense treatment swap to the ball triggers

Use it everyday
